Program name: DinePlenty diner texts

How to opt in

On dineplenty.com/waitlist (and the account preferences page), enter a mobile number and tick one or both of two separate consent boxes. Neither box is pre-checked or required, and marketing texts have their own box, apart from booking texts.

Booking texts box:

Text me about my DinePlenty bookings: confirmations, same-day reminders and a rating request after my meal. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Marketing texts box:

Also text me about available tables and offers from DinePlenty (up to 2 per week). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Each consent is stored separately, with a timestamp and the exact text shown. Consent is not required to use the site or to book: the phone field is optional, and your number is only saved if you tick a box.

Alternatively, text START or JOIN to +1 (424) 392-7236. This opts you in to marketing texts about tables near you. We reply to confirm, and keep the opt-in with its timestamp; reply STOP at any time to undo it.

What we send

With the booking texts box:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Same-day reminders
  • One post-meal rating request
  • Occasional account notices, such as credit added to your account or a reply to a text you sent us

With the marketing texts box (or START/JOIN):

  • Up to 2 messages per week about available tables and offers nearby
