Restaurant Terms
These terms apply to restaurants that list Early or Late Tables on DinePlenty. A restaurant accepts them in the last step of setup. Last updated November 1, 2026.
1. Free
- 1.1DinePlenty costs the restaurant nothing: no commission, no sign-up fee, no contract and no minimum term. Diners pay their booking fee to us.
- 1.2You can leave at any time with 30 days' notice; bookings already made in that period are honored.
2. The offer you give
- 2.150% off food for the whole party on every DinePlenty booking. Drinks are excluded. The diner's booking fee is not taken off the bill.
- 2.2You offer at least one table for each Early or Late Table you choose to list, on the nights you choose.
- 2.3You may set conditions: exclude menu items, require a drink per diner, require a minimum number of courses, note your own deposit or no-show charge, restrict party sizes (1 to 6), raise the booking cutoff, and ask for dietary needs. Every condition is shown to diners before they pay.
3. Your tables
- 3.1Tables open for booking at noon local time, 14 days ahead. You can close dates, add extra tables and pause your listing from the portal.
- 3.2If you must cancel a booking, the diner gets their fee back as credit plus a $5 apology credit, paid by us. Repeated cancellations are reviewed.
- 3.3If you add numbers under Notifications, we text them each new booking and cancellation (with a one-tap Confirm link). Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop or HELP for help, or remove the number in the portal.
4. Ratings and reviews
- 4.1Please rate each booking after the meal. Ratings are private to you and us, and repeated no-shows pause a diner's account.
- 4.2Diners may review their visit publicly or privately. You may reply to either. We may remove reviews that break our rules; we don't remove honest reviews.
- 4.3Diners are asked whether you honored the offer as described. A "no" reaches our team.
5. Connected Tables
- 5.1Refer another restaurant with your code. When it has been live 30 days we pay you $200, and $200 more when it reaches 75 completed bookings.
6. The usual
- 6.1You confirm you have authority to list the restaurant and that your listing details and photos are accurate and yours to use. You let us show them on the site, in emails and in our marketing of your listing.
- 6.2You are responsible for your food, drink, service and premises, for food-safety, alcohol and employment laws, and for taxes on your sales. Tips belong to your staff.
- 6.3Diners' details you receive through a booking are for that booking (and, where the diner opted in, your own marketing). Keep them safe and don't sell them.
- 6.4DinePlenty is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to $100. You'll cover us for claims caused by your food, service, premises or listing.
- 6.5These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with disputes going to the courts in Los Angeles County. We may change them with 30 days' email notice. Questions: team@dineplenty.com.
